Pricing differences in Condo

There was a 3.3% difference in sales from the 92807 and 92808 areas. Properties in the 92807 area sold for $33 dollars more than properties in 92808.

Pricing differences in Single Family Residences.

500k: There was a 2% differences in sales from the 92807 area and 92808. Properties in the 92808 sold for $33 dollars more per square foot than properties in the 92807.

500k-750k: There was a 1.3% difference in sales between the two areas. Properties in the 92808 sold for $14 dollars more per square foot than properties in the 92807 area.

750k- 1m:  In this price range there was under 1% difference in sales. Properties in the 92808 area sold for $7 dollars more than properties in the 92807 area.

1m-1.5m:  In this price range there was under a 1% difference in sales. Properties in the 92807 sold for $43 dollars more per square foot than in 92808. 

1.5m-2m: The 92807 area had 3 closed sales in this price range while the 92808 area had none.
